After a bit of blood, sweat and tears – and software updates – we have the video from the display at Club Langley for the West Wickham Rotary Club. A great show featuring tracks by Muse, Ellie King, Adele, David Bowie, and finishing with Prince’s “Purple Rain”. There was great feedback from the crowd, they really loved it with one person saying: “It was a fantastic display and so well choreographed to the music.” Enjoy.
So, the shows are nearly designed and fully prepped for the November fireworks season and we are really looking forward to seeing everyone for a series of spectacular firework displays.
We start on 3 November at The Friends of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School down in Rottingdean followed on 5 November by West Wickham Rotary Club at Club Langley in West Wickham and finishing off with St David’s College, also in West Wickham, on 12 November. We are also out and about helping on various other displays as well so may see you there.
So. It took a little while to get done, but here we have it. The video footage from the 2015 display at Langley Park School for Girls on behalf of the Rotary Club of West Wickham and the school’s PTA. You can see more about the display here and here.
Some great footage from the camera at the front of the display as well as some drone footage interwoven in. Many thanks to Steve Sangster for the drone shots – you can see more of his work on Twitter @.
Enjoy the video!

Knights of Fire are one of more than 20 local clubs, societies and organisations lined up to take part in the first ever WOT’S ON IN WEST WICKHAM taking place from 9.30am to 1.00pm on Saturday 5 April 2014 at St Francis Church Hall, Ravenswood Avenue, West Wickham. The exhibition, organised by the West Wickham Rotary Club, is designed to showcase and increase membership of the wide range of different activities available in the area, ranging from theatre performers to sports clubs to arts and crafts. The morning will also include demonstrations from some of the groups. Refreshments will also be available.
After what can only be described as rubbish weather all morning and early afternoon we have a fantastic evening yesterday at West Wickham and Beckenham’s Langley Park School for Girls where we put our show for the Rotary Club of West Wickham and LPGS PSA. The skies cleared, the crowd turnout was huge and the show ran smoothly. We even managed to get the vehicles off the field this time without any bother. Video to follow.
