Knights of Fire Fireworks Limited was formed through a small group of like minded individuals all who were putting on small private displays using fireworks available to the public.
Our History:
KoF was initially established under the leadership of Nick Chase to compete in the 2009 St. George's Fireworks Competition. The ethos behind KoF being a group of unpaid volunteers/enthusiasts who enjoy putting on fireworks displays for themselves and others.
It emerged out of the team of current and former St. David's College School parents who in different ways had been responsible for the delivery of the school's annual November amateur fireworks display stretching back over many years.
Subsequent to the 2009 St. George's competition, KoF has undertaken the St. David's display with the highly valued support of Flashpoint Fireworks. This enabled the Knights to put on the professional category 4 fireworks displays. The Knights also took part and won the 2010 St. George's competition.
As individuals, the Knights have also assisted and led professional displays for a variety of display companies. As individuals some have also undertaken at their own cost recognised training in the use of category 4 fireworks as well as the transport of dangerous goods.
